Importing is really simple! I just did it and there was no problem.

I ticked all the boxes and clicked the 'go for it' (or whatever it was called) button, but it came up with a 'Are you sure about your choices? You will not be able to undo this' message which made me realise I didn't understand all my choices and scared me! *technosigh*
